It was Thanksgiving (and my birthday) on Thursday, so while my parent's went a bit nutty in the kitchen getting dinner together, my sister and I had the opportunity to sneak away for a bit and go for a walk around Lake Pocotopaug. Its actually become a bit of a tradition for us to go wandering and shooting and be able to talk now that we both live on opposite sides of the country. Here's a few shots from the day. These are all done as HDR's. The one above was a one shot taken a bit to the extreme, while the ones below are multiple exposures. Its always a bit hard trying to find something to balance the camera on and keep it steady for the 4-6 shots, but somehow it works out in the end.
